Scott H. McLemore

Scott Mclemore, received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, from South Texas College of Law in 1997. He obtained that degree after working numerous jobs, while completing his Bachelor of Science in Finance, during four years of college. After college, Scott worked as a paralegal for a year, before entering law school. During law school, Scott went to work to land roles in both the South Texas, National Mock Trial and Moot Court teams, honing and dedicating himself to improving his skills of advocacy, trial work and technical legal arguments. His 24 year career has a proven track record for winning meaningful recoveries for his clients in and out of the court room setting.

Scott’s career has focused on serving families and business owners needing help with insurance claims and civil litigation. Over the last 24 years in practice, Scott have handled and tried cases involving 18 wheeler wrecks, car crashes, industrial accidents, defective airplanes, defective drugs, medical malpractice, theft of trade secrets and commercial litigation. His injury clients have included minors, stay at home parents, widows, widowers, members of State and County Law Enforcement, a State Senator, a Fighter Pilot, a Combat Nurse, Military Officer, Retired Military, Other Lawyers, County officials and business owners.
